Under the general situation that the domestic demand for mechanized cotton harvesting increases year by year,in order to improve the core competitiveness of the independent cotton mining machine for research and development in China,it is necessary to improve the structural performance of each subsystem of the cotton mining machine,especially the comprehensive performance of the hydraulic system.Based on the hydraulic system of cotton mining prototype of the previous generation,the hydraulic system of GM2-V32 is analyzed: especially reasons for instability,serious leakage,serious energy loss and low automation of control system.Based on the results of advanced hydraulic technology at home and abroad,the actuators analyzed the important components of cotton mining machine and improved the hydraulic principle diagram,adding the hydraulic energy saving system and two important optimization contents of the traditional cotton gathering box to packaged cotton mining machine,the hydraulic transmission system meets the technical requirements of the cotton mining machine.In the actual cotton mining process of traction GM2-V32 cotton mining machine(hereinafter referred to as the new cotton mining machine),in order to prevent the roller,cotton removal brush and other working parts,the energy recovery type cotton head spacing control hydraulic system was designed to prevent the picking head from scratching the cotton plant and destroy the cotton field.Realize the gravity potential recovery when the cotton mining box turns down,and the recovery energy is used to control the distance between the two groups of cotton picking heads.The simulation of the cotton head card hydraulic system is simulated by AMESIM,which shows that the energy collected by the accumulator can be reused by three groups of cotton head cylinder for two times,and the system pressure and flow meet the requirements of the actual cotton mining process,which reduces the complexity of the hydraulic transmission system and reduces the system cost.For the low cotton rate,the overall structure of hydraulic cylinder-oriented packing cotton box is determined,and a hydraulic transmission system for cotton delivery through negative pressure fan system is designed to improve the harvest effect of packaged cotton box,reduced cotton box volume,better compaction effect and more convenient transportation and loading.The determination and selection of main actuators of fan hydraulic motor,hydraulic pump and hydraulic cylinder were completed.The simulation of the hydraulic system reliability of packed cotton gathering box by AMESIM shows that the hydraulic system is stable and the pressure and flow meet the requirements.The design promotes the development of cotton miners to small packaged cotton boxes,providing a new development direction for agricultural machinery.The hydraulic control part of the new cotton picker is designed by Siemens S7-1200,completing the editing and simulation of the type selection and related procedures of CPU and HMI touch screen.Finally,the PLCSIM was carried out for simulation in Portal V15 software.The results show that the trapezoidal diagram and HMI screen in CPU meet the design requirements,achieve the expected goal of cotton mining machine control,and pave the way for the intelligent cotton mining control part.
