With the development of economy, market demand is more complex, enlarge the application range of plastic injection molding products, quality of injection molding plastic products of concern. In the injection molding processing, back pressure is one of the most important parameters affecting the quantitative control of action, appropriate and stable pressure value is the necessary condition to ensure the quality of products.The use of electric reversing hydraulic reversing valve in injection molding machine hydraulic system, widespread high pressure oil leak from the main valve spool and spool valve clearance valve to closed cavity in injection phenomenon, a spill exists under the pressure very easily lead to malfunction of equipment. In order to solve this problem, this paper focus on the mechanism of back pressure system of injection molding machine. To understand the impact of the product on injection molding injection molding hydraulic system quality characteristics of the hydraulic system, hydraulic control module, injection molding machine hydraulic system; analysis of the composition and basic working principle of the main hydraulic components of injection molding machines, as well as its influence on the quality of injection molding and injection molding of the product efficiency.In this paper, the back pressure valve pressure rise fault mechanism as the research object, the hydraulic system simulation, modeling, changes and using AMESim to build model of back pressure valve pressure curve; simulation model is set up, the back pressure valve are analyzed, especially the comparative analysis of the original. Through simulation, analysis in the hydraulic circuit control back pressure valve system with and without damping, damping hole opening size and influence of back pressure valve in different spring stiffness on the pressure characteristics of back pressure valve.Injection based on injection molding machine hydraulic system as the research object, in view of the small and medium-sized injection molding machine specific hydraulic injection circuit, from the structure of the back pressure valve, the valve on the injection molding machine hydraulic system structure analysis, in view of the injection molding machine injection cavity valve leakage oil led to the decrease of the quality of the precision of injection products, problems, by changing the damping hole overflow valve and improving the structure of the damping ratio of overflow valve improved the design of a new thinking to solve the problems found in the production of injection molding machine injection molding products. And to improve the ability of injection system on plasticizing, injection rate, turn back pressure, precision pressure switch point precision performance such as quantitative analysis, thus to improve the system to evaluate the quality of the product, after further verifies the correctness of evaluation methods and feasibility.
