The thesis is based on the Changqing Garden fresh food safety status quo ofthe community as the main research object, to analyze and discuss the Changqing gardencommunity fresh food safety problems.The thesis is divided into five parts. The first part mainly introduces the type and saleof fresh food, and the present situation of fresh food of homeland and foreign countries,and the basic overviews of the laws and regulations. The second part is the investigation ofthe Changqing Garden sales and present situation. First of all, through the survey of theChangqing Garden fresh food store, acknowledging the status quo of the fresh food shopsin the distribution of the Changqing Garden; followed by the Changqing Garden fresh foodsales site classification and comparison, deeply acknowledging the fresh food and thecurrent situation of marketing places. The third part is mainly on the residents of theChangqing Garden,509questionnaires of fresh food. First of all, it has carried on thepreliminary investigation, the questionnaire survey the problems in the process of thesummary and modify; next is to the Changqing Garden of the residents of an officialinvestigation, the results of the questionnaire survey data processing, analyzing it, and thenacknowledging the Changqing Garden residents acknowledgement of the fresh food andthe basic attitude. The fourth part is mainly from the detection, preservation of fresh food,sales, and quality of these four aspects to analyze the fresh safety problems.
