With the rapid development of the mechanized coal mining technology, mining traditional manual techniques gradually replaced by machinery automation, where hydraulic mining slag machine because of its powerful advantages, in recent years gradually fling. Hydraulic drive and control technology plays an important role in hydraulic mining slag machine application, the efficiency and energy efficiency of the machine is directly related to its design, even to achieve functional of hydraulic mining slag machine design, but the current design of the hydraulic control system of hydraulic mining slag machine mostly referring to other engineering machinery hydraulic control system design, and lack of systematic research and theory, there is a great risk of blindness and to some extent. Therefore, the design and simulation of hydraulic mining slag machine’s hydraulic control systems is an effective solution to this kind of mechanical design problems most basic work, it has a very high value, this subject mainly to complete the following tasks:1. Characteristics and application conditions of the existing hydraulic mining slag machine were analyzed, the existing literature was researched and synthesized, the hydraulic mining slag machine’ development was summarized.2. The hydraulic control system design of hydraulic mining slag machine was given, the principles of fluid transmission and hydraulic control theory was used, it combined with the actual condition characteristics of hydraulic mining slag machine, according to the design requirements of the hydraulic control system.The main parameters of the hydraulic control system was proposed to calculate, and the main hydraulic components’ selecting theory were determined by loading diagram.3. The model of hydraulic mining slag machine was build by Solidworks software. The model was scientific and rational simplified according to the actual conditions, and it was imported into ADAMS software and parameter effectively, the simulation results of dynamics working bodies were draw, the typical conditions’ simulation problems of hydraulic mining slag machine were solute. Hydraulic control system were simulated in AMESim, Grilled working bodies of hydraulic mining slag machine and hydraulic control systems installed for joint dynamic fit by ADAMS and AMESim software, calculation method of cylinders’ pressure and various characteristics of the force under their conditions were obtained.4. The relevant models and above the established method of calculation and analysis were used, the power consumption and cut pile bodies cylinder hydraulic parameter changes in picking installation process of hydraulic mining slag machine was analyzed.
