With the rapid development of national economy and improvement of people’s livingstandards, the car has become a necessity of life. Cars bring not only convenience to people,but also bring such as road congestion, automobile exhaust emissions, haze, waste rubber tire,environmental pollution problems. According to statistics, our country produces about160000000of waste tire in2012, and this scale has increased quickly year by year. If thesewaste tires not be handled with scientific and normalization, it will arise the environmentalpollution and waste of rubber resources seriously. How to properly handle these discarded tires,so that make them to treasure, has be become concerned by a lot of government agencies andrelated scholars. Recovered the waste tire to recycled, and made them to become rubberpowder, is a common practice to solve the problem of waste tire pollution in the current. Andthe powder prepared can be used as a kind of resource reused, to make the comprehensiveutilization of rubber resources get the sustainable development. Our country’s rubber resourcesare extreme deficient. So we need to integrate the resources, and promote the idea of the wasterubber on recycled vigorously, study on the preparation technology of waste rubber powderfurther, it has strategic significance to the national economy and environmental protection.The research ideas of this paper are as follows:(1)Through the analysis of the waste rubber powder preparation method at home and abroad,in view of the physical and chemical properties of waste tire rubber material, determine thepreparation process of waste tire rubber powder mill.(2)Study on the production principle andthe matching principle of powder preparation equipment, introduce the working principle ofthe powder grinding equipment of several key equipment and several normal temperaturecrushing the waste tire equipment.(3)Made the waste rubber continuation process ideal,through the geometric relationship of main structure parameters of waste tire crusher andworking parameters were determined.(4)Draw the whole waste tire crusher by use of CADsoftware, established the3D modeling of waste tire crusher roller in detail by use of UGsoftware.(5)Static force analysis of mill roller by using ANSYS software get the equivalentstress and deformation distribution, determine the optimal scheme of mill roller.(6)Tooptimize the design of mill roller, by using of ANSYS software for the optimized structure strength of roller and stress deformation analysis.(7)The use of ANSYS software reliabilityanalysis module of the mill roller is based on fatigue reliability analysis. Got the roller fatiguereliability values, and contrast of different material fatigue deformation roller, roller materialsobtained optimal.
