Twenty Sendzimir rolling mill is one of the core equipments of cold rolling of thin strip,with high rolling reduction in every rolling pass,low energy consumption and operation cost.The thesis takes a certain silicon steel plant ZR22BS-42type mill roll system as the researchobject, establish the roll system mechanical models, and obtained its computer solving andanalysis.First of all, established the roller system mechanics models which onsidered the belttension, roll of static friction force and the rolling friction. Under the condition of notconsidering the friction between rollers and research static pressure force of each roll,andunder the condition of considering the friction between rollers, analysis of each roll inrollingprocess with different rolling passes by force.Secondly, according to the mechanical model which was set up, using the graphicalinterface language MFC of VC++to set up the application interface, respectively get thecomputer program of rolling mechanical models under static pressure and rolling state. Incombination with the actual conditions of a silicon steel plant rolling process with differentrolling process between roll system under the computer to solve the related parameters, andobtained the distribution of contact force between backup roll and under different processconditionFinally, analysis and calculate the contact stress between the rolls by finite elementanalysis software. Obtain distribution of contact stress between the rolls.The results hasimportant guiding significance for the next reseach of contact deformation of TwentySendzimir rolling mill.
