The iron and steel metallurgical industry achieved steady and fastdevelopment since China’s reform and opening up.Cold-rolled strip steel productioncapacity is an important index of evaluating national industrial level.At present, with theaerospace, motor cars, household appliances, mechanical processing and manufacturing,canned food and other fields of the constant improvement of the quality requirements, therequirements of cold rolling and high precision, wide and thin, very thin metal strip hasbetter mechanical properties, surface quality and geometric accuracy. Thin and extremelythin plate in the process of cold strip processing production widely used20millroller.Frame is an important part of the rolling mill, the size of the bearing capacity anddeformation of the frame structure and the dynamic performance will directly affect theaccuracy of sheet production and the service life of roll, so learn to improve the mill’smechanical processing and production and product quality will directly affect the strip.a rolling mill are domestic silicon steel production with twenty ZR22B52" typerolling mill stands selected as the research object, using three-dimensional modelingsoftware Pro/Engineer to establish analysis model, build the3d model into finite elementanalysis software ANSYS, and the stress and strain of two roll mill housing, naturalfrequency, vibration mode and calculation and research support the roll force distribution,the related parameters of the rolling mill rack structure intensity distributionIn this paper, obtained the mill stands stress and strain distribution, based onfunctional optimization analysis module in ANSYS workbench, frame a parameterizedmodel is set up, on rack with plum blossom shaped hole axis vertical inversion feedingwindow of each parameter optimization design, the all parameters under the condition ofallowing the optimal results.All of the above research conclusion for the future design ofmulti-roll mill and provide theoretical basis for the control of thin strip quality.
