Therefore, designinga microcontroller-based, compatible with mine sensor signals, and has a diverseand reliable communications capabilities coal mine power monitoring andcontrol system is extremely important and have great application value.This thesis proposes a coal mine power monitoring and control systembased on the industrial Ethernet and field bus, achieve the goal of remotemonitoring of power supply equipment, remotely tuning parameters ofprotective devices, remote operating protective devices when dispatchers allow, by collecting and sharing the supply system operated information and designingremote terminal to monitor and control supply equipment. The staff canunderstand the real-time information of equipment, grasp the initiative to dealwith the accident, achieve the goal of remote integrated management of powersupply equipment. These main topics are studied in the following areas:1ã€The coal mine monitoring and control system is consist of coal minemonitoring unit, ground control center and communication network. TheSTM32-based monitoring unit has signal acquisition circuit, display interfaceand RS485, CAN, Ethernet communication interface, achieves the goal of datadisplay, status monitoring, parameter tuning and other functions, uploadingrunning information of supply equipment to ground control center, completingthe summary of monitoring points, laying the foundation for remote monitoringof power supply equipment.2ã€The ground control center which is designed by KingView can displaypower parameters, protective limits and protective equipment status, adjustparameters of protective devices, operating protective devices, record data intodatabase, pop-up prompt window when protective devices act, indicate theoperation sites.
