In view of water breakthrough and sand production in the oil field, developing the water shut-off and sand control integration technology is necessary.This technology will let water shut-off and sand control be compeleted in one job implementation.In this way,the productuin cost will be cut and workload will be reduced.This paper maily uses the chemical methods to develop a new type of water shut-off and sand control material.And during the experiment,by changing the processes and basic material,we develop a new type of material for increasing the permeability.According to the comparison with other fellows, its superior performance is obvious.In this paper, by doing different kinds of experiments, choose the main water shut-off and sand control materials and the additives. First, choose the range of particle size of the main materials and the type of additives.Second, by addiny the curing agents, increasing permeability enhancers, DRA, sand carrying agent separately into the main material, cementing at the different temperatures, comparing the different permibility, compressive strength and the time of cementation, then we choose the best of each kind of additives as the final additives.And then add all of the additives to the main material to check their overall performance.At last by doing the orthogonal test to find the factors and the amount of the additives.In this issue, because can’t find the proper additives to adept to the main material,there is need to make a new type of naphthalene derivatives, surfactants.Experiments demonstrate that it can not only significantly improve the penetration rate of main materials and improve the compressive strength,but also can significantly shorten the time of cemetaion. In addition, it can also cut the cost and significantly increase the economic efficiency.Morever, the experiments of anti-aging, anti-corrosion, temperature on the cementation of the impact of environmental effects of water pressure, effective permeability, wettability and so on were finished.The results show that this water shut-off and sand control materials can cement at the room temperature to 90℃, and it form a artificial rock which has high compressive strength and permeability which can be adjusted .this artificial rock can cement together with the original formation. This artificial rock has a lot of advantages like a certain penetration rate, corrosion resistance, anti-aging, cementation, and adjustable short time and so on.
