The Study Of Low-Cabon Economy Systematization Mode For Construction Enterprises

Human are confronted with serious challenges on survival and development, global warming, environment pollution and energy shortage, especially the global climate changed by the increasing CO2 concentration. Building industry belongs to the high energy consumption industries, simultaneously the energy reformed and improved areas. With the new concepts that the low carbon economy, low-carbon building, low carbon construction initially been recognized, low-carbon economy strategy in construction enterprises will be the trend.Low-carbon economy has developed many years in some developed countries, the United Kingdom, Germany, Japan and other countries have made policy and implemented to meet the national construction industry development, built low-carbon market, and achieved successfully. The low carbon economy is a new concept for us, our country's strategy in construction industry is just on the way, lack of low-carbon policies, relevant laws and regulations, industry standards is not perfect, the market mechanism is not improved, what is worse, there are many problems in construction industry itself. Despite all that, low-carbon economy may opportunities for the construction industry, if our government actively guides the market mechanism, bring about the proper policy for the construction enterprise' reform, the construction industry may achieve to the world's advanced level.Therefore, compared with the national conditions of our country, this paper firstly analyzes successful experiences of low-carbon economic in foreign countries, then according to the study of the state of construction industry, finds the three important factors affecting the low-carbon economy:government, market and construction enterprises. Secondly, using the government control theory, low-carbon trading theory and the competitiveness theory to analyzes the related relationship of government, market and construction enterprises, this paper gives the development mode of low-carbon economy systematization for construction enterprises, makes suggestions of developing construction industry from the view of government, market and construction enterprises, finally, proposes the performance evaluation system for low-carbon policy's formulation, performance and improvement.
