Study On Radiation And Drive Ability Of Regional Core City

Since reform and opening up, our country have successively planned to implement a series of unbalanced and coordinated development strategies such as "eastern coast opening", "western development", "middle rises" by the theroy of regional unbalanced development, during the period of the 11th five-year plan, we began to emphasize to play the radiation and dirve effect of core cities, so that regional economy can be developed in coordination. These strategies'implementation has pushed the dynamic development of regional spatial structure whose center are core cities, also has promoted the fast development of our economy and the gradual establishment of market mechanism. However, the regional internal economic differences and uncoordinated development are increasingly outstanding. There are many questions such as local economic protectionism jump, industrial structure convergence aggravation, residents'income gap expansion and so on in regional inner. These questions hinder the regional economic coordinated development and integrated process.Starting from the present situation of regional economic unbalanced development in our country, this paper mainly uses regional economic theroy to deeply studies the reason of regional internal economic differences-regional core cities' radiation and dirve ability. The main work is as followings:Firstly, we define the regional core city and radiation and dirve qualitatively, also we use some theroies to discuss the radiation and dirve mechanism in detail, namely the reason, process and influence factors. Secondly, we refer variables of radiation and dirve ability in present literatures, from the starting of influence factors in our study, and construct the evaluation index system including radiation and dirve potential and strength, also firstly use a statistical analysis method-condition generalized variance minimum to select index system quantitatively. Thirdly, we analyze principles of general used comprehensive evaluation models, then we construct Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process to evaluate the ability. Lastly, we have a case study on ShanDong peninsula core cities'radiation and dirve ability. Through the decomposition of index system, we analyze existent questions in the two core cities from city comprehensive strength, spatial economical relation and economical structure, then we propose some suggestions to the two core cities of palying radiation and dirve ability better.
