The Research On Agent Construction System Management Mode Of Government Investment Project For Hunchun Hospital Of Traditional Chinese Medicine

In view of the late start of the practice of agent construction system management mode and its slow development, on the basis of integration of a large amount of literature at home and aboard, this article aims to find out the existing problems of agent construction system during its development and put forward specific and breakthrough suggestions for bottleneck in agent construction system development through the exploration of basic theories such as economic analysis for definition, characteristics, theoretical basis, operational mechanism and emergence of agent construction system as well as comparative analysis of agent construction system development conditions at home and abroad. This article particularly describes the agent construction system management mode of the first agent construction system pilot project in Jilin province--project of "out-patient department and in-patient department of Hunchun Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine", makes analysis for benefit optimization, controlling characteristics and risks and draws lessons from project operation, thus pointing out the hysteretic drawbacks of agent construction system in Jilin Province and raising development suggestions.
