Research On The Establishment Of Mechanism For Independent Innovation Of Our High-Technology Industry

Throughout the ages, the economic strength relates to the country's status in the world. The country will be prosperity and keep the hegemony status at a period of economic prosperity. Science and technology is changing with each passing day, high-technology industry has led the rapid development of the economy time and time again, we can see that the level of development of high-technology industry has become a key factor to measure the regional competitiveness and economic development, as well as an important factor to measure the status in the world. Innovation has a great impetus for high-technology industrial development and social and economic progress.In recent years, our high-technology industry has developed rapidly, the innovative strength has been rising, and some of data even is on the highest in the world. However, there are still many problems, and mechanism for independent innovative has not been formed.This article based on the theories of high-technology, independent innovation results and other theories, by drawing on the international experience of establishing of mechanism for independent innovation, set up the evaluation indicators of mechanism for independent innovation of our high-technology, and evaluate mechanism for independent innovation of our high-technology from some relevant data, pointed out the problems and constraints, and then give some proposals to establish the mechanism for independent innovation of our high-technology.
