Research On The Effect Of Industrial Cluster And Technology Transfer On The Independent Innovation Of High Technology Industry

With the rise of knowledge economy, innovation has become the subject of knowledge economy, is the domestic and international numerous scholars deep academic territory. Independent innovation has become an important driving force for the country to maintain rapid economic growth and promote the international competitiveness of important motivation. High technology industry is a knowledge-intensive and technology-intensive industry, the core competitiveness of high technology industry comes from the technology research and development and innovation and development, and thus high technology industry's independent innovation capability has become particularly important. Current our countrys economy and society in the midst of a steady growth,structural adjustment, under the new normal growth and development of high and new technology industry is directly related to change the way of economic development in our country, the adjustment of industrial structure transformation. National policy guide a rational flow of resources in different regions,and gradually promote agglomeration of innovation resources in certain region. The high-tech industrial agglomeration brings to the development of the whole region scale economy effect and external economic effect,gradually raise the level of the whole area of innovation, promote regional industrial structure adjustment and economic rapid development. With the highlight of the trend of industrial concentration, a large number of enterprises in specific areas of the gathering,both competing and mutual cooperation. The aggregation of similar enterprises to speed up the spread of knowledge and technology to achieve the cooperation between enterprises and cooperation, share innovative resources, reduce production costs, accelerating the region's industrial independent innovation activities to promote more enterprises to re-gather,bring benign cycle,for improving China's high-tech industry independent innovation is of great significance.Based on the data of 24 provinces and cities in 2003 and 2012, this paper uses the unit root test to determine the stationarity of the data, conducts cointegration test on the time series of each province, and uses the generalized least squares (FGLS) to carry on the empirical research, focusing on analysis of the role of industrial agglomeration and technology transfer in the independent innovation of high technology industry, the intermediary effect of technology transfer between industrial agglomeration and independent innovation of high technology industry, and the regulation of foreign direct investment on technology transfer. Industrial agglomeration and technology transfer can promote the level of independent innovation of industry, while industrial agglomeration can promote the transfer of technology,and thus contribute to the independent innovation of enterprises. In this paper, through the analysis of data between domestic provinces and cities, the research conclusion will inspire the selection of high technology enterprises and the formulation of innovation strategy.
