Theory comes from and guides the practice. The ultimate goal of theoretical research is to guide the practice cycling in a scientific and orderly way, to increase efficiency, and to make some reasonable suggestions in practical activities. And then, to make the theory developed. So the theory and the practice are complementary and inseparable. The study on the theory of environmental education in eco-tourism is very late in our country. Through we have some accomplishments in the research of theory and methods; there also have a certain gap between the international research front and us. And our experience of practice is relatively scarce. So those are detrimental to the development of the theoretical research in some extent. This study focused on the issue about how to combine the environmental education and eco-tourism scientifically to achieve the effective guidance about the environmental education theory to eco-tourism; play out the environmental education functions of eco-tourism; and built a new model to develop social environmental education.The Eco-tourism Environmental Education of Dalian Golden Pebble Beach refers to research and survey the stage situation of Dalian Golden Pebble Beach's eco-tourism environmental education. According to the actual characteristics, this research put forward a series of improvement programs creatively. And this planning tries to do specific planning and design of eco-tourism environmental education for Dalian Golden Pebble Beach, excavate the function of eco-tourism environmental education, research approaches of Dalian Golden Pebble Beach's eco-tourism environmental education, and extend the life cycle of Dalian Golden Pebble Beach. This study selects the National Tourist Resort Golden Pebble Beach which named the"Back Garden of Dalian"as the study area. It uses the questionnaires, in-depth interviews and field observation methods to do data collection, to make out the development of the case in this stage, and to demonstrate the advantages and disadvantages of real existence. This study area can be de classified three parts according to the geo-spatial point: terrestrial, coastal, offshore. It does some discovery about the ecotourism environmental education media design; education district, circuit design, and main project develop. It also establishes a safeguard mechanism about environmental education which fits the development of Golden Pebble Beach; and gives a scientific environmental education planning for Golden Pebble Beach. This paper aims to improve the public environmental literacy, environmental behavior and the general awareness of environmental education. And it tries to give a new idea which suits the development of environmental education about geological relic landscape, and develops into a new space for the development of social environmental education.
