With wave of economy globalization, human being enters knowledge economy era, market becomes more competitively. As economy subject, competition among enterprises is more heavily especially in area of personnel. Human resources development is critical for competitiveness and vitality of an enterprise. Aimed at development of human, all-round development of human is permanent topic of human being, it is also core of Marxist Philosophy. Deeply understanding the all-round development of human of Marxist Philosophy can guide the enterprise to establish right goal of human resources development, resist the bad ideological trend in development of socialist market economy, develop and practice the core values of socialism and to be human-oriented. It also makes enterprise to enhance ideological education and guidance, focus combination of human value realization and spiritual needs, promote development of human resources quality, increase the market competitiveness of enterprise and promote the development and prosperity of socialist market economyBased on the all-round development of human of Marxist Philosophy, our research focuses on development of human source of enterprise. Analyzing the basic connotation of all-round development and terms of realization, we understood the value of human all-round development and found the reasons of it and its affect on human sources development.The thesis has introduction and text. The first part is mainly about the background, purpose, methods and our ideal of research. The four parts of the text centers on the problems in human resources development of enterprises under the view of all-round development of human of Marxist Philosophy。 The first part describes the meaning of Marxist all-round human development and its values. Under the view of Marxist all-round development of human, the second part analyzed dialectical relationship between the Marxist all-round development of human and the human resources development of enterprises. Marxist all-round human development provides theoretical guidance for human resources development in enterprises meanwhile the latter promoted the development of the former. So the enterprise should insist the theory in its human resources development. The third part mainly discussed the achievements in human resources development and made sure the effect of human development in enterprise development. But there some problems arose in human resources development, the pursuit of profit maximization deviated its value and enterprises focused more on their economic benefits. This made human become the tool of profit realization and enlarged the gap between rich and poor. A thought regarded wealth as the human value is formed in society. Influences of "economic man hypothesis" made enterprise neglect human spiritual needs in human resources development which was away from Marxist and restricted all-round human development. And in china, our human resources development theory starts a little late and is not well-developed. The fourth part discussed the strategies of solving problems in human resources development under the view of Marxist all-round development of human. Government should strengthen the legislation, guide enterprise to develop human resources and provide the financial supports. Enterprises should actively take social responsibility and not only focus on economic benefits but enhance the education of social responsibility. Enterprises should be guide to improve personnel quality, fight against influence of bad ideal trend in socialist market economy development, develop and practice the core values of socialism, strengthen social morality, professional ethics, family virtue and personal morality and enrich people’s spiritual life. In enterprises human resources development, they should put ideological education on the first place, strengthen education of morality and make the staff to establish the value of professional dedication, honesty and friendliness. The enterprises should not only focus on the increase of knowledge and skill of their staffs so that to increase of their competition but also should concentrate on the morality and increase of the staffs professional ethics. That can promote all-round development of human. In the end of the research, we proposed a way of how to strengthen human resources development in socialist enterprises.
