Incentive is the core of modern human resources management, and is the essence of business management. It also becomes an eternal topic of management. With the company's rapid development, human resources management in the company's status and the role of management is also increasing, so the establishment of incentive systems to adapt to company's development is very important.In this thesis, the background of the company's employees incentives based on the knowledge of employees incentives to analyze the situation and can more deeply understand the current situation in which the company incentives. By analyzing the needs and motivations of employees incentives to find that existing problems. To incentive theory as a guide, through the analysis of employee surveys, employee incentive mechanism to identify the core issues. According to the actual problem to design an appropriate comprehensive incentive program of the company to develop and implement effective employee incentive mechanism to attract talent, give full play to the staff. The thesis focuses on the following issues:Huarong liande Corporation status of the company's incentive system, problems and causes of company, the needs and motivation of staff, incentive theory and re-design the company's actual combination of incentives. Through the design and development for company's actual incentive mechanism to solve practical problems in corporate management, improve employee satisfaction and job performance.Current mainly researches are to discuss the phenomenon according to the system of the form, it has no real way from the company's internal, staff of the needs of diverse, humane, systematic and to provide incentives of the mechanism, and fully mobilize the enthusiasm of employees. Because it has few examples of company's empirical analysis, therefore it failed to establish a theoretical model for Chinese SMEs. This study is to do research in this area and hope that the Chinese model of encouraging SMEs to establish and make useful attempts.
