Integrity,which was an old moral proposition, is an extremely important part in Chinese nation's fine tradition. Not only that, it is also the fundamental and premise under which the social association can be normally conducted. From ancient to present, so many wise men have thought about this proposition. However, with the great development of economy, the popularity of spiritual integrity doesn't be moved forward in modern society. The lack of integrity is so common in social life, which has become a heavy constraint on social and economic development in our country. In this paper, it focuses on business integrity .I try to analyze the solution of construction about business credibility. This paper includes four chapters:Chapter one: It discusses the meaning of business integrity. Through better understanding of connotation and essence of integrity, business and business integrity, I think business is able to live up to integrity unless two preconditions are true: one is that integrity is anyone's moral character; the other is business is the body of moral action.Chapter two: It discusses why it is necessary for business to live up to integrity. Business integrity is not only the need for business development, but also the need for market and society benign development.Chapter three: It discusses the possibility of applying business integrity. Only two conditions——subjective factors and objective circumstances are met, can business apply integrity.Chapter four: It discusses the method of constructing business integrity. This part is the important in this paper. It not only depends on hard power (such as law, credit system), but also soft power (such as the influence about integrity and sincerity in Chinese traditional culture and business culture).
