Research On China Contemporary Business Integrity Question

Honesty has always been the most basic norms of human society since ancient times to be widely promoted thinkers, however, makes the rapid transformation of society face challenges integrity of view. Since China's reform and opening up the changes, its extensive and profound, was previously unmatched by any society. The establishment of socialist market economy and the continuous development of science and technology, are completely changed people's lifestyles and living habits. In this transformation process, due to historical, realistic, and other factors, the phenomenon of business life can be seen everywhere in dishonesty, fraud, tax evasion, fraud and other acts of deception ever spread. Business credit crisis has seriously constrained the socialist market economy, a sustained and healthy development of the huge risks, but also to China's WTO status in the international market have a negative impact. In this paper, business integrity issues discussed in the following three aspects:The first part of the contemporary Chinese business integrity causes of the crisis. Transition from the social factors, economic interests factors, the Government of factors, legal factors, ideological and moral factors in five areas to find the causes of commercial credit crisis.The second part introduces the specific performance of business integrity. Including the challenges is false advertising business integrity; tax evasion case highlights the increased commercial credibility crisis; drag to escape the growing problem of debt; increased proliferation of fake and shoddy products business credit crisis; service Nanjinrenyi negative impact on business integrity, these problems control the market economy.The third part, discusses the optimization of contemporary Chinese business credit environment of specific measures. Including commercial credit environment in the optimization process, give full play to the role of government functions; improve the legal system, intensify law enforcement, the business integrity to create a favorable legal environment; enhance personal and moral education, and promote corporate integrity culture; establishment of a just reward for severe punishment mechanism; establish business credit records, credit information system to form a national network and so on.
