The development of export-oriented agriculture should base on the domestic development fact and the situation, suit to the productivity level,insist opening to the outside world, and at the same time also insist independence.Shandong province is a strong agriculture province of China, and till 2009, its agricultural export output has been held the first place in China for 10 years. Weifang County is a strong agriculture county of Shandong province, and its climate is very excellent, its labor force has fully employed, held favorable conditions of agricultural development. The development of export-oriented agriculture is the stage need of of Weifang Country's agricultural development, and it is also the need of future development trend and the sustainable agricultural development of Weifang Country. Set on the Weifang Country of Shandong province as an example, and based on the agricultural development fact of Weifang Country, This dissertation tries to find the deficiency of the experience and the way to develop the export-oriented agriculture.
