With the growth of "80 after" staff, a new generation of people take a larger proportion in jobs, and how to manage "80 after" staff effectively becomes the concern of modern managers. Zhangjiagang Free Trade Zone in Jiangsu Province has entered a stage of rapid development with a few years of operation, but the enterprises at Zhangjiagang Free Trade Zone have also been affected by the global financial crisis. Under this economic environment, the result is that many employees leave company of all kind of industries and have lower employee job satisfaction. In the post-crisis era, exploring the factors of job satisfaction in Zhangjiagang Free Trade Zone is important to its development, especially to study the job satisfaction of "80 after" staff.In this study, we explore the impact of "80 after" staffs'job satisfaction as the core through various research methods. This study is divided into two parts: The first part is Summarizing the literature relevant to job satisfaction summarized. We summarize the interpretation of "80 after" staff, and put forward the idea of this research model and related theoretical assumptions; The second part is doing research on "after 80" staff by questionnaire and verify research model and related theoretical assumptions through described statistical analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis according to SPSS16.0. The Study find that four dimensions of job satisfaction impact job satisfaction, job returns which the most influential factor, followed by business management, work background and work groups. This article also find that "80after" different individual variable have different job satisfaction at four dimensions, especially in the nature of different units, and the staff of different gender, group differences have different job satisfaction.In order to manage "after 80" staff well, we analyze the reasons of satisfaction and dissatisfaction combined the characteristics of "80 after " staff at the basic of high rate of leaving, and give the suggestion of improving job satisfaction to Zhangjiagang Free Trade Zone.
