Recently years, as interring into high-speed competition of the times of international standards, at the same time, as one country's economic pillar-banking, blow by injection of foreign capital and powerful combination of production seriously, made numerous of core staffs in banks lost. So, in order to control the loss of core staffs, upgrade the bank's competitive advantage effectively is very urgent at the present stage. To study the loss of core staffs in our state-owned commercial banks in paper, focus on inadequate compensational incentives is the cause, find its shortcomings through comparing study, and then Propose improvement.Starting from the related literature thesis, introduced the definition of core staff at home and abroad, study core staff turnover, theoretical study of the core team and encouragement of core staff, and this leads to the problem of core staff management status in SOCB at this stage; Then, the discussion on these issues, analysis of several core staff most typical flow pattern, then with the developed countries compared to the core personnel management, absorbing the essence and learn from their successful experience, summed up the reasons for continual brain drain in SOCB, and how to stop the outflow of talent effectively.Paper used a comparative study of methods, drawn the core staff of state-owned commercial banks lacking the management process at this stage, and proposed measures for improvement; Used empirical analysis, tested the different needs of core employees within the bank, then for the demand of their differentiations, implemented the difference in the incentive and management in the Human resources management.By thesis, come to this conclusion:organization performance depends on individual effort, only combined the core staff within the bank organically, bank's effectiveness can be driven by a substantial increase in such a core team.
