The arrival of economic globalization, competition between industries gradually evolved into the focus of countries and regions. From the industrial level, industrial competition's essences are the competition between industrial value chain. The industrial structure optimization and upgrading, industrial layout and development issues are rise to an unprecedented height, a strategy of from countries or regions to an industry development depends largely on the industry of the whole competition ability. Simply speaking, if an industry want develop smoothly, finally depends on whether there is an ability to create value, and whether in its developing process can constantly create new value. In this regard, based on the value chain analysis of value creation processes, make the value chain industry clear, which segment can create more value and how it create value have an very important practical significance.This paper, using comparison method, the value chain analysis and case analysis of value creation chain industry are analyzed, and illustrate that in the value creation's characteristics, that is, the characteristics of each link of the value chain of value creation in industry, and the characteristics of the whole value creation.
