Research Of Ninbo HuaXiang ERP Based On Supply Chains Management

The information technologies have deeply affected all aspect of modern society. Enterprise must respond quickly in management to alive in information era. More and more enterprises of automobile spare parts advance competition from ERP, but most of it did not achieve the anticipate effect. The reason is that they pay more attention to technology and interior harmony but ignore the relationship with suppler and accounts. In the era of supply competition, the ERP build must attach importance to supply chain,From the view of supply chains, this paper analyses the ERP system of Ningbo Hua xiang. Firstly we summarize the status of ERP and supply chain in Ningbo Hua xiang. Secondly, Ningbo Hua xiang advance the efficiency of supply chain through trust level and relation norms. Thirdly, Ningbo Hua xiang advance the efficiency of production through share plan of produce with auto enterprise. Ningbo Hua xiang advance the efficiency of sell through SCM。Finally we summarize the problem in ERP implement and advance some solution.Through the case study of Ningbo Hua xiang, we discuss the problem in ERP implement, the research result is a reference for other enterprises of automobile spare parts.
