To adapt the natural and social environment people developed one of the instincts, i.e. reflexivity ability.In Fordism era, when the demands was huge and concentrated, hold the principle of "scale for efficiency", Standardization Management means strictly accordance with the operating standards, and masters didn't pay attention the staff's reflexivity ability.When society goes into Post-Fordism era, which characteristic is informatization, globalization, diversity demand, by the change of enterprise organization form, the ascend of personal ability, and the change of market demand, managers have to lay stress on enterprise's and the staff's reflexive ability, and have to pay attention to the methods of Reflexivity Management. So three kinds of Reflexivity Management are developed in Japan, United States and Germany. Their aim is to obtain the performance by organization and their member's constantly retrospect, create, abandon, and solidification.In view of China's economic and social condition, maybe we can have a try on Reflexivity Management in the field of" Integration of the Three Networks ".So, by describe the experience of company A, who want to join the " Integration of the Three Networks" field, the article introduces why and how company A transferred her management mode form Standardization Management to Reflexivity Management. Meanwhile, by discourse the problems in the Standardization Management's time, and the methods of how to develop the Reflexivity Management.All in all, I hope more companies who prepare to enter the " Integration of the Three Networks" field can get some useful reference through this article.
