Research On Management Standardization Of The Construction Enterprise

In recent years, with the rapid development of China’s economy, marketcompetition has been more and more urgent in construction industry. At the same time,upsurge in International management standard system Certification has emerged in thedomestic. However, during management practices many enterprises got caught in theawkward position, where the implemented management system is out of thecertificated management standard system. So the Standardization, that is the means ofpromoting the management ability and keeping up with International managementstandard system, has been taken seriously by many enterprises. Under thisbackground, based on enterprise standardization theory, this thesis make a theory andpractice combining exploratory study on the general construction enterprise’smanagement standardization.Enterprise standardization theory is the theoretical basis, which provides a strongtheoretical support for the foundation of the management standardization system ofthe construction enterprise. First of all, this thesis cards the conception and theory ofenterprise standardization, builds the management standardization system of theconstruction enterprise based on theory analysis, and then carry out the specificanalysis on the the management standardization system of the construction enterprisein the means of case study. Next, focusing on the contract management, qualitymanagement, safety management and materials management, specific research iscarried out, which cards the management process in the basis of management systemand function and analyzes the management standard on the corresponding aspectthrough case study. At last, this thesis summarizes the overall research, and putsforward the future prospects of Research on Standardization of the ConstructionEnterprise and its’ informationalization.
