With the development and popularization of social informationalization, a growing number of small-middle enterprises start to adopt the third-party e-commerce websites. However, due to the lack of a correct theoretical guidance and scientific evaluation system, ugly, inefficient is the ubiquitous phenomenon of the third-party e-commerce websites.This dissertation tries to build up a set of scientific and reasonable evaluation indicator system focusing on the third-party e-commerce websites, to provide an effective tool for quantitative evaluation of the third-party e-commerce websites, and then to take effective measures against insufficient factors to improve the third-party e-commerce websites quality.Firstly, the dissertation described the principles and methods of the evaluation index system. On the one hand, the dissertation elaborated the process and methods of the evaluation system, including the methods of the third-party e-commerce website evaluation, target selection and weighting. On the other hand, the paper pointed out the current site problem of the evaluation and proposed the improvement measure.Secondly, evaluation index system of the third-party e-commerce websites was constructed. By analyzing the interview content, 32 evaluation indicators are selected. To ensure a scientific and operational indicator system, we combine the theoretical construction with questionnaire investigation, using factor analysis method to screen these indicators. By doing so, 4 invalid indicators are excluded and the evaluation indicator system thus includes information quality, service quality, system quality three dimensions with 28 indicators left. Then, the weight of evaluation indicator system was determined by analytic hierarchy process.Finally, the third-party e-commerce website evaluation indicator system application and analysis was pointed out. According to indicator system, the eight websites was selected in order to confirm indicator system's validity. Considering the questions about the third-party e-commerce websites, the dissertation promotes some construction proposals, hoping it can benefit the third-party e-commerce websites.
