At present the company's core competition is the talent competition, it has become increasingly important that the enterprises to the scientific development of human resource and management, performance appraisal system is the most important in the human resource management aspect, it is also an effective human resources management to other modules the basis and foundation. Currently Magontec Company has a staff performance appraisal system that is imperfect. This confusion assessment method eventually is just a form and lost its proper role. Therefore it's the most important and urgent problem that is establish a fair, impartial, objective and scientific performance appraisal system to company. We use the system assess each employee work behavior, work effectiveness and contribution to the enterprise or value.The research object of thesis are the present situation and problems of Magontec Company employee performance appraisal system, by analyzing the performance appraisal system to identify company employees failed to properly play its role in the reason. Through the theoretical basis of abroad performance appraisal, job analysis methods and other advanced tools to summary and analysis, and proposed the establishment of a staff performance appraisal system and the basic idea of the basic principles, under which employees re-designed performance appraisal system the use of the job analysis and key performance indicators of different staff positions for the company law proposed indicators of employee performance appraisal program, and the weight of each index design, form a set of quantitative and qualitative, scientific index system. Performance evaluation by the scientific method, multi-disciplinary evaluation of information for evaluation assessed persons. And standardize the management of the implementation of performance appraisal process; improve the process, from the angle of theory and practice of employee performance appraisal system to ensure the implementation of measures. In order to further improve the staff performance appraisal system, with the actual situation more clear system development and management process, highlighting the role of different positions performance characteristics.This study mainly to performance appraisal system as the theoretical basis of the company's existing performance appraisal system for the imperfect re-research and design, final design a set of conditions for companies and scientific performance appraisal system for the company in the future the development of an effective management tool. Paper for other general corporate staff performance appraisal provides reference work, but there is still some worth to continue to explore the issue.
