With the advent of the era of economic globalization and informatization,the development of enterprise in our country faced with fierce competition and challenges.Especially in real estate industry of China,the competition has been already from the initial disorderly competition and price competition to brand competition.Facing the challenge of both opportunities and challenges,real estate development enterprises need to improve the performance appraisal system,through the continuous increase of employee performance to promote the realization of the enterprise overall performance.In this paper,on the basie of the research background,purpose and meaning,we analyzes overseas and domestic research status in detail.And we mainly adopt the research method of questionnaire investigation,quantitative and qualitative analysis,profound analyse the current situation of Harbin XC real estate company's performance appraisal comprehensively,we get the conclusion that Harbin XC real estate company has so many problemains in some aspects such as the staff exist deviations in understanding of performance appraisal,the index of assessment isn't process of evaluation,the results of performance evaluation have no real use,the lack of appeal mechanisms of performance appraisal results,and analyzes the causes of these problems.Aiming to solute this problems,we establish scientific and perfect performance appraisal indicators,and discusses the implementation process and implementation of the performance evaluation,including performance appraisal of the mobilization of the participants and training,attaches great importance to the performance appraisal process and result feedback,the integrated use of the results of performance appraisal,and establishing a mechanism of complaint.
