Due to the rapid growth of consumption demand for automobile, and the rapid development of automotive industry and gradual enlargement of transportation scale of whole automobile and parts, the automotive industry logistics of our country faces the unprecedented opportunities and challenges. Therefore, how to seize the opportunity and take the challenge is becoming an important way to strengthen automotive industry logistics.The automotive industry logistics is considered to be one of the strongest technique, the widest range and the highest complexity areas in the industry logistics, which has the obvious system characteristics. Each enterprise connects with each other through logistics information system, which forms dynamic network composed by many different interest subjects, but this makes logistics operation full of complexity and randomness. The effective operation of automotive industry logistics needs the benign operation of entire supply chain. This dissertation aims at optimizing automotive industry logistics by lean thinking, and designing the logistics strategy based on the whole competition strategy of supply chain, describing the lean supply chain logistics system framework under automotive industry.Proceeding from the logistics system, this dissertation makes exploring researches on the system construction, system effectiveness evaluation, system simulation and optimization by combining the qualitative research, quantitative research, and empirical research.Firstly, this dissertation carries out a summary about the lean logistics, automotive industry logistics and logistics system modeling and simulation, and then analyzes the hierarchical structure of logistics, general business and problems in automotive industry. The functions and necessities of lean logistics in automotive industry are put forward.Secondly, this dissertation applies the lean supply chain logistics in automotive industry logistics, analyzes connotation, characteristics and methods of lean supply chain logistics, and builds the lean supply chain logistics operation mode, which can effectively enhance the response and speed of the supply chain logistics in automotive industry.Finally, this dissertation makes an empirical study on the"FAW Car Co., Ltd"based on the building of complicated logistics simulation model referred to the multi-layer method used in arena for lean supply chain logistics in automotive industry. The simulation result points out the problems existed in lean supply chain logistics and the methods to make the resources allocation more efficiently in accordance to the genetic algorithm of OptQuest. The ways mentioned above provide methods to improve the efficiency and reduce the costs for logistics system.
