Study On The Performance Management System Of Service-oriented Manufacturing Enterprises

With the emergence of service economy, more and more manufacturing enterprises achieve differentiation advantage by providing service based on the production. Some manufacturing enterprises sell the function or the service of the product instead of the product itself. To enhance the competitiveness of the manufacturing enterprises by implementing servitization transition strategy has been the important strategy choice in the knowledge economy era.It's vital for the development of the manufacturing industry to improve the performance of the servitization transition manufacturing enterprises. In the servitization transition of the manufacturing industry, the performance evaluation system has no longer been suitable for the strategy. The study of performance management in servitization transition manufacturing enterprises lacks of effective methods. How to generate scientific and effective servitization strategy and construct the suitable model for evaluating the transition effect and performance has been an urgent problem.This dissertation puts particular emphasis on evaluating competitiveness from performance of servitization transition manufacturing enterprises. Against the servitization transition of manufacturing industry, this dissertation establishes a performance management system which is suitable for the strategy using Balanced Scorecard(BSC), Service Profit Chain(SPC) and System Dynamics(SD) theory based on the early study of manufacturing enterprises performance evaluation and servitization transition. On this basis, the enterprise's internal and external changes in the dynamic simulation on the computer to observe the changes in key performance indicators, and through policy simulation study to compare the results arising from different policies and thus make a strategic choice.The performance evaluation analysis system for the servitization transition of the manufacturing enterprises is helpful for the managers to recognize the status of the performance. What's more, it's helpful for the long-time development by mining the performance influence factor.This model provides important angles and effective coordination methods for manager in manufacturing enterprises's servitization. It would fertile the manufacturing enterprises service management theory system in performance management level.
