Study On Support System Of Process Innovation In Manufacturing Enterprises Under The Information Condition

Information tide brings rapid developing opportunities as well as great challenges to manufacturing enterprises. Under the information condition, manufacturing enterprises must pay high attention and actively respond to information, speed up the establishment of information infrastructure, information systems applications, information systems management and information organization construction, so they can improve their level of enterprise informatization in order to lay a good foundation for process innovation of manufacturing enterprises. At the same time, the enterprises should focus on the combination of information technology and process innovation, actively use information technology to transform backward technology and develop new processes, continuously improve the process innovation capability of manufacturing enterprises, and promote the steady and fast development of process innovation.Based on the analysis and summarization of related research results, this dissertation makes a systematic analysis about process innovation of manufacturing enterprises, which includes four aspects: the effect of information on process innovation of manufacturing enterprises, the present situation of process innovation in manufacturing enterprises under the information condition , the exiting problems process innovation in manufacturing enterprises under the information condition and the feasibility of the support system of process innovation in manufacturing enterprises under the information condition. This dissertation establishes the support system of process innovation in manufacturing enterprises under the information condition, which includes the internal support system and the external support system of process innovation. The internal support system of process innovation consists of talent support, organization support, system support and device support, the external support system of process innovation consists of capital support, fiscal support, service support and law support. This dissertation establishes the evaluation index system of support system for process innovation in manufacturing enterprises under the information condition. Through comparison of several common methods, this dissertation chooses the fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (F-AHP) method, then establishes the F-AHP evaluation model about support system of process innovation in manufacturing enterprises under the information condition. Through adopting a questionnaire method to collect 20 questionnaires, this dissertation uses the F-AHP method to evaluate the support system of process innovation in manufacturing enterprises under the information condition. In order to perfect the support system of process innovation in manufacturing enterprises under the information condition, this dissertation puts forward the strategies and suggestions from two aspects which are the internal support system of process innovation and the external support system of process innovation.
