By the driven of information and economic globalization, information technology have been used widely as one of the high-teches, has made affection to manufacture enterprise, and has enabled process innovation which has a wider space for development. However, the labor productivity of manufacturing enterprises in China is far lower than Japan, the United States, Germany and other developed countries; its overall competitiveness is not strong enough.Manufacturing industry should take full advantage of the convenience which bring by information technology, and change the traditional process of innovation. The development of process innovation can be promoted by the application of information technology, at the same time; the advantages of information technology can be used fully. The use of information technology can change the organizational structure of traditional process innovation, and it is one of the most important strategies for the development of process innovation organization in mamufacturing enterprise. Hence, by means of information, process innovation organizational structure in manufacturing enterprise improved and developed, which becomes the development of process innovation organizational structure in manufacturing enterprise's necessary links and steps.In this dissertation, based on the research results from home and abroad, it analyzes process innovation organizational structure systematically.Based on the effection model of information to process innovation organizational structure, the dissertation analyzes the procedure of process innovation, the characteristics of the correlation dimension in the process innovation organization and the trend of process innovation organizational structure. On this basis, by revealing the changes of process innovation organization and its organizational structure, in accordance with the size of manufacturing enterprises, the dissertation designes two kinds of organizational structure for process innovation respectively in small and medium manufacturing enterprises and large manufacturing enterprises, and analyzes these organizational structure models of process innovation. The design and implementation of organizational structure are inextricably linked, undertake the design of process innovation organizational structure, the dissertation analyzes the difficulties and possible solutions in the process implementation, and research the choice of implementation way, procedure, task, and the targed of related organization in the implementation process. In the case study, the dissertation takes the small and medium enterprise and large enterprise as examples, analyzes the implementation in these two enterprises, and gives the proposals to the development of process innovation organizational structure.
