Research On Evaluating Application Effect Of Information Based Manufacturing Technology About Manufacture Enterprises

In recent years, the applications of information based manufacturing technology provide essential technical guarantee for China manufacturing firm's fast development. Information based manufacturing technology (IMT) integrated the electronic information, the automatic control, the modern management, the advanced manufacture and many other high technologies into it. As the result, it can simultaneously regulate the physical distribution, the fund class, the information flow, can promotes the innovations of product design, the business management pattern and the synergic relationship, can increase the productivity and the speed of respond to market, can improve the quality, can cut the cost. Thus it strengthens the competence to a great extent.The applications of IMT bring visible benefit and the hidden benefit for firms. Evaluating the application effect will help to understand the problems of production, management and sale, to use the IMT to create benefit and competitive advantages. Since China brought in IMT and carried it out, how to evaluate the application effect of IMT has been the question which needs to be solved urgently. However, domestic related methods and standard for evaluation are quite few. Researchers are mostly on argumentation for technical feasibility and economical rationality. So it is very important to build a system of evaluation index for application effect of IMT.This article begins from the concept and characters of IMT, studies on the index system and the evaluation methods which are used to evaluate the IMT application effect. After integrating existed research characteristic expert advices, author determines the evaluation index system for application effect of IMT. This dissertation chooses fuzzy analytic hierarchy process, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and establishes a model to evaluate the application effect of IMT. Secondly, comparing the domestic development of IMT with foreign development of IMT, analyzing the situation and the existed problems of information construction in Heilongjiang province, this dissertation puts forward strategies for government and enterprises to develop IMT. At last, this dissertation confirmed the validity and the usability of index system and of evaluation methods by an example.
