| The paper systematically studies the relation between entrepreneurial leadership and entrepreneurial performance, and the moderating role of entrepreneurial self-efficacy in Chinese organizational context.Although the research about entrepreneurial leadership increase day by day, but in this domain the empirical research is lacked. This paper combines case study and survey research, from different angles, verifies the impact of entrepreneurial leadership to the entrepreneurial performance.Through case study and survey research, the results basically confirmed the hypothesis put forward by this study, specific conclusions are as follows.(1) In Chinese organizational context, entrepreneurial leadership contain five dimension, namely, Framing Challenge, Absorbing Uncertainty, Path Clearing, Building Commitment and Specifying Limits.(2) In Chinese organizational context, entrepreneurial self-efficacy contain five dimension, namely, Marketing Efficacy, Innovation Efficacy, Management Efficacy, Risk-taking Efficacy and Financial control Efficacy.(3) Entrepreneurial leadership is significantly related to entrepreneurial performance. Specifically, Framing Challenge, Building Commitment and Specifying Limits is significantly related to entrepreneurial survival performance, Absorbing Uncertainty, Path Clearing, Building Commitment is significantly related to entrepreneurial growth performance.(4) Entrepreneurial self-efficacy is significantly related to entrepreneurial performance.(5) Entrepreneurial self-efficacy moderating the relation between entrepreneurial leadership and entrepreneurial performance. |
