ERP Performance Method Research And Application

The ERP application appraisal research is vey important for the ERP implement and the enterprise key performance. The efficiency and accurate of the appraisal is the basic to get further correct and improve action. Meanwhile, the ERP application appraisal can help the enterprise to follow up the strategy plan in every stage.This paper analyzes kinds of performance appraisal system home and abroad. From the view of the management theory, we choose the Balanced Scorecard method as a basic indicates matrix. As the ERP system composition and mapping relationship is very similar with the four respects of the balanced scorecard method, this paper establish indicates map of ERP performance according to it. The paper choose the expert appraisal method to define the indicate weight. With using questionnaire survey and fuzzy evaluation method to make a quantitative analysis on the assessment indicates. The consolidation of above steps completes a comprehensive appraisal method. The application of the appraisal procedure created by this paper can get objective appraisal result and raise useful advice to improve the performance of ERP application.
