The arrival of the service economy, which greatly promoted the tourism industry, information industry, education, industry, consulting and other service industries accelerated development, the industry of private immigration company in our country emerged as a new emerging era of high-end consulting services industry, but also into a booming period. With increasingly fierce competition for talent, more and more companies are acutely aware of the immigration competition for talent has become a hot competition in the industry migration. To attract and retain talent, we must improve employee satisfaction, training employees on the company's sense of belonging, increase their level of organizational commitment to continuously, enhance the centripetal force of the enterprise employees, and ultimately attain the people-oriented management.First,this research starts from the basic contents, such as content of employee satisfaction,factors and so on, based the realities of immigration company of private immigration consultant in this position of the actual situation, we use random sampling method, through the questionnaire in the form of 150 private immigration consultants, who are belong to 50 companys in 19 key cities in China and do employee satisfaction survey.Second, the theory of the integrated use of employee satisfaction, through job satisfaction, organizational commitment and employee performance,etc. The survey, the use of software among SPSS 13.0 correlation analysis, regression analysis, reliability and validity analysis, data processing methods on survey results in-depth analysis. Depending on survey results, analysis of the industry of private immigration status of employee satisfaction and problems, as well as employee satisfaction and organizational commitment, the relationship between employee performance.Finally, the combination of practice and theory, investigate the migration of private immigration consultant company employee satisfaction on employee performance and company performance factors, and the results of these analysis, based on empirical results obtained, and according to research Results of targeted measures and suggestions put forward, stressing to enhance employee satisfaction of private immigration industry in promoting the healthy development of great practical significance.
