| As one of major cities in Hebei Province, Xingtai is the most flourishing and potential areas, of which economy and society will be keeping sustained and rapid development along with the process of China's peaceful growing up. As the industry cluster area of iron and steel, coal, building materials, medicine, textile and clothing, especially the building materials industry, coal and coal chemical industry, decoration materials, motor vehicles and parts manufacturing industry are showing strong momentum of development, the modern logistics industry of Xingtai City has been rapid development. However, how can improve the overall quality of the logistics industry and enlarge the scale, and make the logistics industry eventually become a pillar industry in driving the economy. Xingtai city government, social institutions and scholars and experts agree that we need train logistics qualified personnel which is the fundamental solution to the problem.From the research and design point of view, this thesis makes a detailed analysis and discussion on the research status quo of logistics qualified personnel at home and abroad. The research of building Xingtai logistics qualified personnel will be divided into three parts:the necessity of research questions, designing the solving path of the problem and constructing environmental support, that is:(1) Existing contradiction between the supply and demand of logistics qualified personnel. Logistics qualified personnel, especially complex high-end talents are in great demand in Xingtai City, while the academic education and non-academic education can not keep up with the development of the logistics industry, which results the contradiction between the supply and demand. This paper analyzes the main causes:the development of logistics industry lags behind; logistics qualified personnel training regime would fall behind; Xingtai has not done enough to attract the external logistics personnel as well as government efforts to support logistics qualified personnel in the macro level is not enough.(2) Designing the path of the logistics qualified personnel construction. From the school culture, enterprise, school and research institute co-culture(ESR-CC) and the "four in one" point of view, this paper analyzes the method of the logistics qualified personnel construction, and focused on analyzing the innovative model of ESR-CC, and takes Xingtai city, Wuhan University of Technology, and the logistics companies in Xingtai as an example, arrives at the specific method of ESR-CC model; In the "four in one" culture, we special analyze the training path of the overall quality and professionalism of logistics qualified personnel.(3) Environmental, support. Analysis of the policy support and macro-guidance Xingtai city government building in logistics qualified personnel; aimed at the logistics qualified personnel construction, enterprise can build Virtual Learning Community for web-based distance training and education and interactive exchange of learning; and corporate incentive system, pay system and cultural environment construction, etc.The methods, ideas and proposal presented in this article have provided some reference and practice value for the logistics talent training in Xingtai. |
