Logistics Finance is a multi-cooperative mode and a value-added service carried out by the developed countries in a wide range. The management of Logistics warehousing enterprises under the coordination of logistics finance involves some theoretical knowledge, such as logistics finance, supply chain, synergetics.etc. The analyses of the current research on domestic and international logistics finance and the current status of the development of logistics finance come to the conclusion that the most widely used mode is the warehouse receipt pledge, though there are many modes in logistics finance.Lone pledged by warehouse receipts is a form of bank loans to the shipper. And as a third party, the storage enterprise supervises the stocks of shipper, which is better adapted to the difficulties of bank lending and corporate finance in China at present and therefore can better resolve the contradiction between enterprises and banks. As far as the 3 PL enterprises are concerned, an effective implementation of the warehouse receipt pledge will surly broaden the business channels, which undoubtedly extend the living space for the logistics enterprises in the violent competition.However, many nasty problems emerge in the implementation of the warehouse receipt pledge. Some risks are difficult to operate though they are avoidable in theory. Based on the current economic and legal environment in China, the focal point of the warehousing management lies in the chattel mortgage in the empirical research of Ningbo port area. The full investigations over the Logistics industries in this area come to the conclusion that the enterprises in this area have strong desires to develop logistics finance, and a broad market can be open up through risk analysis, risk aversion and platform-building, etc.The paper aims to explore a theoretical framework which conforms to needs of the Local enterprises and a method of developing logistics finance in the local storage enterprises, based on the theoretical and practical researches.The paper consists of five parts. The first part puts forth the research background, the significance and research questions. The rational, literature review and the application value are presented as well.The second part involves the research theory and methodology. The emphasis is put on the introduction to the concept of logistics finance, operation pattern, systems dynamics, synergetics, etc. Logistics finance is a kind of resource consolidation, indicating win-win in the strategic cooperation. This kind of practice involves theoretical knowledge, combing the theory and the practice.The third part analyzes the risks and the countermeasures for the warehouse logistics enterprises under the coordination of logistics finance, especially in the process of developing warehouse receipt pledge. Moreover, according to the analysis flow of system dynamics, a system dynamics model of warehousing management is built up, providing the theoretical and the practical basis for the following empirical study.The fourth part analyzes financial benefits of warehousing management under the coordination of logistics finance in the Beilun area on the basis of the investigation of the current situation, providing the suggestions for the enterprises and the government in the application and the management.The fifth part forecasts the development prospect based of warehousing management under the coordination of logistics finance in Ningbo port area, and the positive role of this research.The innovation point of the reserach lies in joint connection with the provincial economy. Through the investigation of Beilun area, the research deals with implementation of warehousing management under the coordination of logistics finance in Ningbo Blue Dragon Logistics, and puts forward the solutions to the problems in the process of developing logistics finance. The research findings are authentic and the credible, which can be the basis of business decision.
