As an integral part of the enterprises'Human Resources Strategy, salary management is of great significance for the development of the enterprises. Scientific and effective salary management system can help the enterprises make rational allocation and make use of human resources reasonably. It can also attract and retain high-level talents, nurture the core competitiveness of enterprises, improve production efficiency, and help enterprises get the competitive advantage in the fierce competition in the market.With the ongoing improvement and maturation of China's market economy, the electrical industry has made rapid development, at the same time it also has been facing with fierce market competition. Particularly after China's accession to WTO, foreign giants have landed electrical and electronic markets, further exacerbating the domestic electrical competition in the industry trend. As a small electrical business, LYRB Electric Company has achieved the rapid development in recent years, but with the continuous expansion of business scale, because of its historical limitations of the original design of the former salary system,the questions become very common that the salary systems are out of line with the company's overall business strategy, with the positions of market value and with the performance appraisal of employees, leading to widespread low enthusiasm of employees.In this paper, taking LYRB Electric Company as a research object, the author make the analysis of the existing pay system about their shortcomings and problems.On the basis of it the author proposed a method of designing various remuneration packages according to the different nature of the position that the personnel are engaged in.Namely,it designed broadband remuneration packages for managerial and technical staff; designed for sales and marketing program sales commission system of remuneration; designed for the production of piece-rate system operating review pay package.Due to limited space and to the focus of the study-oriented, this article focuses on how the pay theory is applied to the broadband business management and technical personnel of the remuneration package design. In the design process of the broadband salary, the method of paying much attention to the guidance of experts, full participation, a smooth transition and the importance of the principles of targeted ensured the scientific fair and effective nature of the design scheme.It formed the strong support for the company's compensation management system and the human resources strategy constitute.First,this paper describes and analyzes the development of the theory at home and abroad related to changes in pay, especially for broadband compensation theory, and makes details of their theoretical content, the pros and cons of broadband salary model and design process.Based on the original pay system of Electric Company LYRB, it makes an analysis and finds out the existence of competitive strategy with the mismatch problem and then use of broadband compensation theory to redesign and optimize the salary system of the managerial and technical staff of the company and finally summarizes the main results of this paper, and explained The design of the inadequacies that exist in proposed pay reform on LYRB Electric Company, and make the the prospect. This paper focuses on the design process and business reality,is much more theoretical and maneuverable, this study carried out by the electrical industry in China, especially small and medium enterprises SMEs, in fulfilling its function and role of compensation management, and improve its human resource management, has some reference value.
