With the rapid development of furniture industry, China has become the biggest furniture country in production and export. While the average domestic furniture consumption in China is lower, and the international market need is always increasing, so a great many products have been exported to other countries. More and more furniture companies have to face the international competition because that the global manufacture has focused to China step by step. In these background, it is very importment to research how to promote the international competitive power of Chinese furniture industries and products.The paper has researched the competitive power of furniture companies and products in China and analysised the international furniture needs trend on the basis of international marketing and current products. In this way, we can understand the other countries in order to find the target market and locate our products stretegy. On the other side, we also make clear of the problem existing in the export and find some way to handle them.The conclusion is that expanding the superior products is the important way to breakout the export barrier and promote the international competitive power. Inheriting the ancient and excellent culture of China, adapting to global fashion, developing the furniture that satisfied all people favor, in these way we form the modern stytle of Chinese furniture. The famous brand and extra value of products is the core competitive power of Chinese furniture industry.
