| The world today has been into the urbanized period,the level of which is more than 50%. And the overall level of urbanization in China is about to enter this phase. As part of the imbalance in economic development,'some cities has entered urbanized period and some cities are still in low level of urbanization. This difference in the development between international and regional cities can afford us lessons.As an old industrial base city, the development of Shenyang urbanization has its own characteristics, and thus showing different traits of urbanization phase. At the same time, in the interaction of industrialization and urbanization, industrialization and urbanization levels is together rising alternatively and the overall trend of the proportion of the second and tertiary industry is rising. Whether from the aspect of the industrial structure or urbanization, development stage of Shenyang is in a given transition period.Suburbs because of its natural spatial location determines it is a region in the forefront of change in the spread of urbanization, but also in the process of urbanization in the dramatic changes in material and spiritual civilization, to bear the brunt in this position. But a long time, the suburbs as the city's subsidiary, whose single function as the transition zone between urban and rural single makes the significant phenomenon of dual economy and upgrading of industrial structure slow. If the suburb can seize the opportunity of urbanization and industrial structure change and timely adjust industrial structure, it will play a constructive role.Select the suburb of Shenyang, as this study, based on the results of previous studies, to describe the rural industrial structure adjustment direction in Shenyang current stage of development and urbanization trends by normative and positive analysis methods. First, in accordance with the scope size of the world, China, Shenyang, this article identifies prerequisite for the development of urbanization background. Second, based on the theories of urbanization and industrial structure study the evolution of industrial structure of suburbs in the process of urbanization, taking examples as developed countries--US and Japan, and advanced cities in China--Beijing and Shanghai. Third, using 1978-2007 data related, study and analyze the process of urbanization and the current industry.structure of Shenyang by SSM and location quotient. Finally, based on the experience at home and abroad, study how to actively adjust industrial structure in the level of urbanization.This paper uses quantitative analysis and theoretical analysis methods to discuss suburbs and outer suburbs, which affected by center city radiation and has a certain second industry foundation and which proportion of peasants in employees is more than the output value proportion of the second industry. Based on the research, this paper concludes Shenyang that should focus on strengthening the position of agriculture as the foundation and increase the labor productivity in outer suburbs, at the same time, should focus on the development of secondary industry to increase the abilities of affording high-tech industries and high value-added industries in suburbs to promote economic growth.Over the years, the suburbs have to give people a bad impression. With the overall development of urbanization, suburban appearance also changes quietly. As connected region of cities and villages, suburbs are carrying the city of new major force. This thesis, which is on analysis of urbanization and the evolution of industrial structure, taking Shenyang Suburbs as a Case, focus on the industrial structure adjustment in the process of urbanization to make the industrial structure meet the objective laws to complete transformation successfully and to promote Shenyang economic development and provide a force for Shenyang as a old industrial base city and center city of urban agglomeration. |
