In the background of continuous system reformation and increasingly fierce competition among hotel industry, some hotel staffs have complex working conditions. They not only feel burnout caused by work stress, but have engagement brought by competition. It can be said that job burnout and work engagement that are different attitudes exist in hotel employees. In order to survive and develop in the constantly changed environment, the hotel companies need to own employees with positive work attitude, and to prevent negative attitude caused by job burnout. With the aim to achieve this objective, the hotel companies need to research the integration of job burnout and work engagement.In this paper, I choose China World Hotel, Tian Tan Hotel and Beijing News Plaza Hotel as research object, and in the base of Job demand-resource model to integrated research job burnout and work engagement. From the microscopic perspective, writer respectively discuss that workload, shift, repetitive work in work demand, as well as welfare, job opportunities and social support influence the performance of job burnout and work engagement among hotel employees. From a macro point perspective, Under the influence of Job demand and resource, writer research the symbiosis process of job burnout and work engagement.Based on the above research activities, this paper is divided into five chapters:Chapter1:This chapter mainly represent the research background,research ideas and research significance of integrated study of job burnout and work engagement among hotel employees, making the central theme.Chapter2:This chapter review the relevant literature about job burnout and work engagement, respectively summarize concept,influence factors,measurement and research situation.Chapter3:This chapter introduce the research design of this study, after defining the job burnout and work engagement, this chapter focus on the job burnout and work engagement of the operation of this process in the base of JD-R theory, and I identified theoretical dimensions of job demand and job resource with combination of interview, as bases of the empirical research.Chapter4:This chapter is the key chapter of the thesis. I make use of SPSS17.0 and AMOS 7.0 to analyze the data about job burnout. work engagement.job demand. job resource among hotel employees, and the same time, analyze and discuss the research results, constructing the integrated model of job burnout and work engagement among hotel employees.Chapter5:This chapter analyze and summarize the conclusions of the whole Article, and propose the suggestion that alleviate job burnout and improve work engagement among hotel employees; and the same time, show the research innovation. shortcomings and outlook.By building the model of job burnout and work engagement among the hotel employees, It can show that job burnout is generated by the integrated action of job demand and engagement, and job demand has more influence. Work engagement is only affected by job resource.
