This thesis anatomizes the present condition of the land transaction in rural areas in Loudi,Hunan Province,summarizes the positive and side effects on the land transaction in rural areas, analyses the existing problems and comes up with the solutions to the promotion of the land transaction and the transaction efficiency.Findings show that land transaction in rural areas can greatly promote the agricultural production,strengthen the sense of science of the farmers,and improve the production conditions in rural areas.As a developing area after others,land transaction in Loudi can integrate agricultural resources with efficiency,absorb social investment,and develop professional economy organizations.It is an effective way to step up the development of rural areas and agriculture.Practice indicates that land transaction in rural areas must be in harmony with the circumstances of the regulations,society,industries and employment,which need the support of the local administration.Research proves that local administrations play an irreplaceable part in the promotion and normalization of land transaction and is a strong power of the good development of land transaction.As far as Loudi is concerned,the administration must focus on the management of exercising the laws and monitor the process of land transaction.Furthermore,the administration must build a service system,cut down the cost of land transaction,develop some feature industries,improve the comparative efficiency,strengthen the driving force of land transaction,increase the farmers'employment,promote the "separation of persons and land" and finally enlarge the end of the land supply.
