Current Situation Research In Citizenization Of Land Lost Peasants From Metropolitan Suburbs

China's urban population first over the country's rural population in 2011,it indicates that we came into a new era of city-oriented society,however,Household population urbanization rate is only 35%.For the majority of agricultural transfer population,They obviously did not realize the transformation of household registration status,there is no fair to enjoy the city public welfare which will not be conducive to complete citizenization.Land lost farmers of Metropolitan suburbs is a new group in recent years,they are farmers who losted their land by the government and developers on suburban land,which due to the expansion and development of urban area.At the same time, they also corresponding acquired considerable economic compensation,and its rural household registration transform to urban household registration,these financial capitals are enough to make them a foothold in the metropolitan, people started citizenization of a higher level and a better condition.Therefore,their course of citizenization is critical to the late stage of urbanization in China,meanwhile they are also the pioneer model to all the transferred population for realising the urbanization of population.As a result of metropolitan suburban land lost farmers belong to the population of agricultural transfer population of urban household registration,the relevant theoretical literature will from the theoretical basis of economics rose to public management theory and then sociological theory,which according to a logical progression.Start from the economic theory,as the agricultural transferred people is affected by the differences between urban and rural areas,they move from zero profit agricultural production sector to higher yielding urban industrial sectors,this is the first stage. What's next,they will encounter the issue of whether can acquire urban public services or not,Metropolitan urban public services and social security are more linked to the household registration,non-urban household registration or had accessed to urban household registration population may not be able to enjoy equal urban public welfare and social security to the original urban residents,which will not beneficial to their citizenization.This article summarize the related theories of welfare economics to develop or modify the relevant policy basis for the government and other relevant departments.Moreover,whether they successfully transformed into urban residents or not,the degree of social integration should be investigated from different dimensions,sociological theory could provide the evidence.Chengdu has a typical pattern of urbanization,which is the engine for its suburb development,this paper studied the case of citizenization of land lost farmers in Longquanyi District of Chengdu.Based on the research of a large number of documents, this paper puts forward the assumption that the citizenization of the land lost farmers in Longquanyi area is much better,and to measure the situation of the citizenization of land lost farmers from the economic, social and psychological dimensions.Firstly,we built an index system to establish the questionnaire to measure the citizenization of land lost farmers in Longquanyi area,released questionnaires and recollected,we finally get a valid sample of 188.We do descriptive statistical analysis of the five parts of our questionnaire,then we provided the assumption,and then we used entropy evaluation method to calculate 15 third level indexes'weights,then formulate a criteria for the evaluation of this situation,and we ultimately prove that the two assumptions are established.Moreover,We choose eight independent variables, each of the three dimensions as the dependent variable,we chose multiple stepwise regression method to establish a regression model for analysing the influential factors about citizenization of land lost peasants in Longquanyi district. We already had a general grasp of the specific situation,and did a deep analysis to the plight of the land lost peasants in Longquanyi District.According to the empirical analysis,we found that the theoretical literature research in this paper is a good guide to the empirical part,meanwhile,empirical analysis is the basic reflection of theoretical guidance,prove that the land lost farmers in the Metropolitan Suburbs have a good condition,indeed go faster and better in the process of urbanization,which is worthy of the name of the leader. We are satisfied with the results of the current situation of landless peasants in Longquanyi District of Chengdu,so we can push the research of this case to the other Metropolitan Suburbs of China,we should draw the experience and lessons of the urbanization of land lost farmers in the Metropolitan Suburb,in case of plights that other metropolitan suburbs met.Vigorously develope a leading role in the citizenization of suburban land lost farmers,to promote the process of China's urbanization.According to the empirical analysis, we put forward the countermeasures and suggestions for reference.The employment situation of landless peasants in Longquanyi District of Chengdu is not ideal,Longquanyi district did not give full play to its leading automotive industry for absorbing the land lost farmers, employment placement and helping do not put in place.If the land lost farmers move into the city and find a good job,this will pave the way for the integration of the other dimensions.Secondly, there is another obvious problem,a large part of the respondents were not actively involved in community and social activities,this is extremely detrimental to their social dimensions.For these two obvious and crucial issues,We all give a certain analysis and put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions,and hope to inspire the other metropolitan areas in the process of citizenization.
