Research On Rural Land Transfer In Wangcheng

The land is not only the material basis of human survival, but also a precious and scarce natural resource. The land problem is a core problem of socialist construction in China. As a big agricultural country, the problem of China is the problem of farmers, while the problem of farmers is the problem of land. It plays a great role of socialist construction in promoting the rural land circulation, protecting the farmers’interests and increasing farmers’income. To achieve the goal needs reasonable and effective land circulation so as to allocate the resource effectively. The theme of the problem of land circulation has great theoretical and realistic significance.Based on the deep investigation on the land circulation in Wangcheng of Changsha, we analysis the main practice and the basic features in land circulation. There are many problems in it, such as the unclear property rights, the substandard programs, the imperfect organization and the injured benefits. Aiming at these problems, we put forward the suggestions from ideas, systems, services and social protections. These suggestions can be used for reference in prompting the rural land circulation effectively, improving the efficiency of allocation the resources and abundant, reasonable and sustainable utilization of the land resource.
