The Research On Several Ethical Issues Towards Cybereconomy

Mankind has entered a totally new internet era with the rapid development of information technology. While constantly changing people's mode of production as well as life style, life with internet has penetrated into every aspect of social life. As an important part of internet life, internet economy is playing an increasingly crucial role in social and economic life thanks to its characteristic of surpassing limits of time and space with convenience and quickness. However, with the development of internet economy, various internet ethical problems have been brought about while people are enjoying its convenience, which especially in contemporary China, is highlighted due to the imperfect socialistic marketing economical system and jurisprudence. It has become a significant topic facing the healthy development of internet economy to solve the problem.Adhering to the researching method of combining theory and practice, the article conducts a comprehensive and systematical exposition of the ethical problem of internet economy by applying the theory of economic ethics as well as combining current development of national internet economy from the perspective of economics and ethics. First, it states the primary theory of internet economy and internet economic ethics, defines related conceptions and confirms background and connotation of internet economic ethics; Second, the article undertakes in-depth analysis of the current situation of internet economic development, existing ethical problems and their causes, and finds out the crucial reasons; Finally, the paper proposes countermeasures of standardizing development of national internet economics from seven aspects including regulating of anti-monopoly policies, maintenance of internet security, protection of internet intellectual property, construction of code of internet ethics, enhancement of moral education of trading subjects, development and consummation of internet information technology and improvement of the external environment of internet economy etc.Researching internet ethical problem is of not only theoretical significance, but also realistic importance. Studying of this problem will further enrich and develop theory of economic ethics, providing theoretical instruction for part of the areas in constructing socialist market economy with Chinese characteristics. Currently, while promoting internet economy, China should strengthen research of related problems, attach importance to ethical construction, take advantages of technology and ethics into full play and make the two complement each other. Only in this way can the internet economy demonstrate its indomitable vitality and ultimately realize the rapid and healthy development of the socialist market economy.
