The Research On Security-housing Plan Based On Habitation Integration

Living space is an important component of urban space. At present, China is in socio-economic rapid development and transition period, has broken the social phenomenon and development of urbanization in Rapid. The land market reform and the booming real estate market promotes the formation of new patterns of residential differentiation. Differentiation of social living space is detrimental to our current urbanization and socio-economic development, especially in the construction of a harmonious society to promote urbanization. However, the Security-housing in addressing difficulties of low-income family housing in the process, due to the impact of economic laws and market rules, many are building in speed up urban residential differentiation. This article selected the representative city of Jinan to study residential differentiation in low-income groups and proposed questions and challenges to the behavior of government planning in control of affordable housing, so that the original economic development as the main content of the planning system transform into human planning thought of people-oriented concerned about people's livelihood .The differentiation of living space research promotes the reform of land use structure of urban space, to improve living environment , to expand the outer edge of urban land and to rational use of residential differentiation, consequently plan affordable housing for the urban low-income families effectively and provide new countermeasures for the future development of low-income families settlements in city.
