Though fruitful results have been made in recent years in the field of CSR study,the study in CSR management has been quite insufficient.The study is based on the current situation of the Chinese and overseas study and practice in CSR management.Based on the perspective of corporate ethics,from the perspective of different disciplines such as Ideological and political education,economics,sociology,management,ethics,culturology and laws,theoretical and practical approaches to make in-depth discussions and study of the basic theories,ideological roots,value performance,behavioral routes and performance optimization of CSR.CSR management is a concept being established.The study believes that the basic structure of CSR management consists of subjects of CSR management,its objects and management environment.CSR management must follow 4 basic principles,namely,the value-targeting principle,the human-centered principle,the principle of deeming integration as the route,and the principal of relying on abilities.CSR management has 7 characteristics,namely,the social,scientific,systematic,composite,interactive,dynamic and artistic characteristics.At the same time,the thesis makes science-based categorization and theoretical constructing of the basic theories of CSR management from the perspective of the theories of conception,scope,value and methods.The behavioral motives of CSR management can be attributed to the altruism motives,egoism motives,reciprocal altruism motives and rule motives.The behavioral types include the moral stimulus,economic stimulus,government stimulus and social stimulus.The power synthesis is a complex process of multiple element game and formation.The social expectation is the“navigator”;the attitude orientation is the“generator”,and the corporate ability is the“accelerator”.The notion evolution of CSR management is the unification of the historical and logical starting points of CSR management.The thesis,from the perspectives of relevant theoretical study and social practice,reviews and sorts out,in a systematic way,the evolution process of CSR ideas born in the developed nations in the West in the beginning of the 20th century.In particular,it explores and identifies the CSR ideas contained in the Confucianism,Taoism,Mohism and Legalism,which were the management thoughts of ruling class in ancient China.Even more,it makes modem academic interpretations of CSR management ideas from the perspectives of Ideological and political education,economics,sociology,laws,ethics and management.CSR management is multiple values including shareholder values,social values and ecological values.The shareholder values are mainly represented by the enterprises' performance contributions,brand fame and customer loyalty;the social values are mainly represented by their value for the national development,for the social harmony and for the growth of employees;the ecological values are mainly represented by their contributions to the ecological rehabilitation,to the use of resources and pollution harnessing.In the end,the following notion is put forward:CSR management is a kind of constraint.Even more,it is the logical route for the enterprise in the market economy to gain freedom.The study makes in-depth discussions of CSR management system structure building.Besides,in a creative way,it proposes the 5 Integration Model,the tactics to push forward the CSR management.In particular,based on the routes described by Philip Kotler and Nancy Lee,it has studied the latest CSR practice made by the Chinese and overseas enterprise communities to propose,for the first time,10 practical topics for the enterprises to select from,including the promotion of public-interest development,correlated marketing of public-interest development,social marketing of enterprises,charity behaviors of enterprises,community volunteer activities,CSR purchase,CSR investment,CSR auditing,clean development mechanism and sustainable consumption.CSR management is also an "input-output" system.As a result,there is the issue of management performance.The study,from the perspectives of CSR management performance criteria,CSR management performance evaluation and CSR management performance improvement,makes in-depth discussions and proposes,in an innovative way,the basic route of CSR management performance optimization.
