The Comparative Study Of Liaoning Province With The International Major Areas Regional Logistics System

With the rapid development of domestic and international logistics industry, China's regional logistics system development has made considerable progress and development, the establishment of efficient regional logistics system in Liaoning province has become an important prerequisite for economic development and security. In this paper, the development of regional logistics system in Liaoning Province as the research object, the main basis on theories and methods such as regional economic theory, modern logistics theory, theory of regional planning, regional logistics theory, comparative management and the standard score. From the literature review and the development of regional logistics system basic on contents of this paper, proposed a comparative framework which composed of five regional logistics system, for regional logistics resources, regional logistics system planning, regional logistics information system, regional logistics standardization system, regional third party logistics; and in accordance with the objectives, principles and methods of comparative study, choose the Yangtze River Delta region of China, three Bay Area by a sea of Japan and Ruhr as a comparison object, comparative analysis and research the regional logistics system of Liaoning Province and get the development of regional logistics system on characteristics, ways and means, thus put forward for the development of regional logistics system in Liaoning Province enlighten, and proposed the development of regional logistics system in Liaoning Province about measures and methods.In the comparative study of regional logistics system, this article analyzes in depth the concept of regional logistics based on the formation and development, combined with the development of regional logistics characteristics by an integrated approach, form a comprehensive comparative study framework for the regional logistics system, and combine with the method of comparative and standard scores by a comprehensive and accurate comparative analysis for the development of regional logistics system, discuss the basic theory and technical methods, and proposed structural model of regional logistics system.
